According to Google, the store is supposed to be open until 9:30 PM, but when we arrived, all of the lights were turned off at 9:00 PM. We were already in the drive-through line at 8:50 PM, with three cars ahead of us that were served without issue. However, when we pulled up to the window, there were four employees standing inside who did not acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no explanation, and no indication that they were closed or no longer taking orders. If the location plans to close early, the posted hours should be updated or customers should at least be informed. Ignoring customers who have already been waiting in line is frustrating and unprofessional. We understand that things happen, but a simple explanation or communication would have gone a long way.
