Was given order 20 minutes after I was told it would be ready and it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes to get corrected order and existing order got cold. Was given bone in and not boneless wings. Multiple employees walking around and no one helping the 1 employee at the front counter.. this was a random Tuesday night. Then, when I did finally receive my order Chellssie had a poor attitude and refused to review my order with me. My food was similar to pieces of popcorn chicken from Sonic. Their service would have at least been better. And the boneless wings, that I took home were completely inedible. Cooked to a burnt crisp. No chicken meat even in them. The crusty pieces at the bottom of the bag. What a joke, considering this is a corporation! That was $50 dollars worth of money spent on trash. Edit- manager Ryan refunded complete order. Said will receive in 3-5 days. But review still needs to be seen by the public, so they know what to expect from this place.
