  My car was loud and I was being picky about my order and the lady was soo understanding and patient and friendly. Then my car broke down in the drive through, I had to push it out into the parking lot. The trip was a disaster but the food and the worker were amazing hands down best treatment I’ve ever gotten at this location.

  Hungry during a road trip. Drive through around 3 am. Drive through attendant kept loudly sighing over the speaker. Seemed like they were irritated that we were ordering. Fries were awful. It was either old oil or old fries. Burger was fine.

  I saw a commercial saying that they redid all their quality standards recently. I haven’t eaten here in a long time, but let me tell you the last three times I’ve been here. I’ve had probably the best whoppers I’ve ever had since I was a kid. They looked good, They tasted good and they presented really well. I don’t ever write reviews, But it was such a noticeable improvement that I felt that I had to.

  Let me start off by saying we have all had our orders messed up and it’s frustrating. I went to the ave location and the app took my money but the drive thru was closed so no food and no way to transfer my order over to the south belt. The manger at the south belt location heard my frustration and after re-ordering my meal was even more. So after double paying the manager Nathaniel was very nice and over the top with service. He helped me get my refund and fixed my meals hot and fresh. He did a really good job at fixing someone’s mistake and relaxing a very angry man. Btw it was 2am and raining ice. Over the top hospitality.
