  Three straight visits to the drive thru and every time I didn’t get all my items. Starting to seem like this is intentional

  The drive thru has no menu to review. The employee kept asking if I knew what I wanted to order and I tried explaining there was no menu to look at. He offered no alternative other than to keep repeating the question. Then at the window, he asked if my order was $xx.xx. I was like, "How the hell should I know since your screen wasn't working!". WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!!!

  everytime ive visited this establishment i’ve received great service and food from the employees. But this last experience is the biggest reason i wont return. for the past few visits i’ve had to experience the manager with the messed up red wig obnoxiously yelling at her employees. which is extremely unreasonable and no one should be mistreated in their workspace. in the past i’ve also witnessed multiple employees step out looking upset or crying. i am upset at the fact this hasn’t come to any higher ups attention or the fact no one has taken action. my son in the past has also heard the same woman yelling at employees this should be a huge concern to everyone since there is a amount of teens working in the toxic and horrible work environment. and no one’s children should have to put up with a grown woman’s horrible attitude simply because she’s mad at life. i genuinely hope action is taken with this terrible manager or she atleast receives a talk about her unreasonable and unethical behavior with employees.

  All the signs on the highway leading up to this McDonald’s obsessed 24 hour service when I arrived I sat in the drive-through for an extended period of time. Then somebody finally Spoke on the speaker, informing me that they are closed and open Specific time. This person was extremely rude unprofessional and started yelling when I said that the sign stated they were 24 hours.

  One of the worst McDonalds I've been to. Employees walking all over the lot giving food out without a hint of safety gear. Like most McDs now, no one at the counter, no condiments, no drink machine, POS doesn't give receipts, you need something... you wait 10 minutes then yell at the employee, purposely not making eye contact with you so they can say they didn't see you. Maybe the new "business" model may just finally take McDonalds off my menu.
