  Only problem here is that they never make fresh fries. Nobody wants stale cold fries. Please make fresh fries

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The apple pies are almost always dry and taste like they’ve been sitting there for a long time instead of being fresh. The rest of the food doesn’t seem fresh either, which really takes away from the quality you expect when you’re paying for a meal. Another issue is the customer service. The workers are often standing around talking to each other in their own language while customers are waiting, which can make it feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. It would be better if the focus was on helping customers and making sure orders are fresh and correct. Overall, the food quality and service need a lot of improvement. I hope management starts paying closer attention to freshness and customer experience

  Unfortunately they're under staffed. If staffed properly they can definitely do a better job

  I went to this McDonald’s on Thanksgiving and as well as on my way home from emt school there’s this guy who has very rude comments like “we have a drive thru” or “even on a holiday” if I wanted to go through the drive thru I would have plus maybe I just wanted to stop driving sense I’ve been at class all day you don’t know what ppl go through so keep your comments to yourself and some ppl don’t celebrate holidays but either way if u have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all if youu hate your job say that
