Ordered dinner for my family. Drive through took 15min with no one in line. Fries were cold and burnt to a crisp, got a double quarter pounder that literally only had one burger patty on it. This location is always horrible but sadly closest to my house.

Waited for the vehicle in front to move forward. We move forward and wait patiently while three other cars pass in the other lane then start asking "hello". Waited about a minute and started asking "hello, can you hear me"? No response. We left.
If your speaker is out, please hang an out of order sign.

I do my best to keep it positive on my reviews. This location has forced my hand to steer others from spending their time and money at it.
Inside is usually dirty and the play place is not ever stocked with wipes at the wipe station. Unless the lobby lady who works there is on staff it is a mess and you need to clean your own tables.
The wait for food is horrendous inside and the drive through is no better. Wish I could pinpoint a specific time of day but these negative experiences have been on any day and time.
We stopped going to the location and have started ordering online to more disastrous results. Out of 5 online orders, they have been incorrect 4 times.
Steer clear is my advice. The food is poorly prepared even for fast food standards and talking to anyone on staff for issues with your order gets you an attitude over the phone.

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place EVER! Manager on duty (Sally- not even sure that was a real name given) was extremely rude. We waited over 30 mins for 3 burritos, a sandwich and 2 drinks that we never even received. After asking how much longer it would be (not knowing it was a manager) said in a very rude tone can’t you see we are busy, I have no idea…I just got here. Rather than just checking on the food and maybe getting it to us. Then we asked for a manager as no one was working the counter, here comes same said lady!! Meanwhile the they had pushed probably 20-30 car through drive thru that had gotten their food, no one inside was being serviced! If this is your example of a manager and someone who’s supposed to set an example for the rest of staff GOOD LUCK!! I will NEVER return to this location again! We received a refund and it wasn’t even for all the correct items either. So we waited almost 40 mins to not even get food nor the correct $ back!

This is easily the worst McDonald’s in the entire St. Louis, MO area. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. The interior is poorly laid out and feels disorganized. The staff were unprofessional and shouting behind the counter, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was trash on the floor, and it looked like the place hadn’t been mopped in a long time. As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The fries were undercooked and cold, and the soda tasted off, almost moldy.
Overall, this location was a complete mess. I won’t be coming back.
