  The worst McDonalds in the Saint Charles, Saint Louis area. I have gotten inconsistent orders, but today sold me on how awful this McDonalds is ran. Today I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Very simple. They didn’t put the meet on the burgers…??? This McDonalds may be profitable but only at the expense of destroying McDonalds standards. The leadership is also ineffective at communicating with consumers, but more importantly the leadership embarrassed the one responsible for this mishap. Which is absolutely the worst case senoio. Forget my burgers, this McDonald’s has a grown laughing at someone for making a poor mistake. If you’re hungry and in the area, save your money and use it somewhere they won’t mess up all your food.

  Worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. Laughably bad, and then my food was horrendous. If I don’t get a refund I will be very upset…

  They food was not good today are no another day I just got a 10 peice nugget meal and a fry it’s like old grease do better you guys !!

  Ordered 2 coffees around 4pm on Wed, 3/4. Guy in blue shirt (looked of management importance) decides to pour them with his back to me and then puts a carafe with an orange top back on the burner. Upon checking the Internet, McDonald's decaf comes in the orange top carafe. I did not ask for decaf, in fact I wanted the caffeine and would have waited for a new pot, but Holmes took it upon himself to make the poor decision for me. Typical of this location - usually just bad. I mean how much apathy does it take to mess up McDonald's? Just reinforces how bad this location is. SMH.
