I usually don’t make a big deal out of it, but what really frustrates me is that almost every time I visit, they forget my sauces — even after I remind them at the window. Most of the time, it’s the same employee in a blue shirt who looks like a manager handing out the orders. I’ve worked in food service myself, so I understand mistakes happen, but this has been consistent. The staff is generally friendly and the food is good, but more attention to detail would make a big difference.
