  I used the drive-thru vs. car service because it was freezing and in a hurry. Very nice employees. I've been craving the $6 meal they've been advertising and it was DELICIOUS. Plus they got the extras correct. Paid a little more to upgrade to tots & cherry limeade.

  On January 16, 2026, I had a really disappointing experience at the Sonic in Saint Charles, MO. I waited at the drive-thru and at the window without anyone responding, while the staff inside seemed more interested in chatting. The employee who should have been wearing the headset wasn’t using it. I ordered a #3 cheeseburger with no mayo, no ketchup, and added mustard. However, the first order I received was completely wrong; I got an Extra Long Cheese Coney and a triple cheeseburger instead. Even after I pointed out the mistake, the second order still wasn’t right, arriving without pickles, without mustard, and with ketchup. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager couldn’t communicate in English and wouldn’t address my concerns. National customer service just said they would file a report with the restaurant. I am really disappointed with the lack of basic service and accountability. I hope Sonic Drive-In can respond to this situation. It has been a couple of days now, and I still haven’t received any callbacks. I am not looking for a free meal; I simply want to know that the staff will be retrained and that there will be someone available to help translate when necessary.

  The people who work in this store are the worst. I dont know whether they are sleeping or doing something. If you are hungry better avoid this..

  Don’t go here!!! I had chili cheese tots and and crispy chicken sandwich and within hours of eating I was stuck in the bathroom puking!!! I’ve never had food poisoning in my life and i’ve eaten sonic before just not this location! Don’t recommend

  They have 4 working stalls but employees had parked in 2 of them. Why not park in one of the MANY broken ones. They charge for any amount of sauces. Dirty soda tasted rancid.
