The photo I included of “cheese” sticks (with a tiny handful of cheese on about 10% of the pie) is an all too common occurrence at this location. I’ve had pizzas made incorrectly, been notified that my takeout order is ready to pick up only to then have a 40+ minute wait upon arrival (meanwhile, my pizzas were in fact ready, just sitting on the counter getting cold). It’s unfortunate that at this point, I don’t like ordering for the Papa John’s closest to my house by a good margin because I’ve come to expect poor quality and service at this one.

The unfriendly staff completely ignored me standing there and continued talking amongst each other while making orders for I assume the college campus — which must receive priority over all other orders. After waiting and waiting and barely being acknowledged I left….without my food. The next day I found out they marked the order as picked up and charged me for the food I never got. This is terrible customer service that I refuse to deal with. I won’t be going back, focus on the college since that’s all I heard them talking about while I stood there.
