Genuinely felt for the staff they were so swamped with orders and wait times being as long as 45 minutes for pick ups and 2 hours for delivery. They all were doing their best and didn't deserve most customers ignorant and entitled behaviors they also communicated tht the app was wrong about what time it would be done. Still customers were upset canceling orders or going off ...In my opinion the manager explained it was a corporate issue but understood their frustration then gave an accurate time. I loved how he responded to them under pressure and stressed as is and honestly i appreciate him and all the staff working nonstop today. I wanted to scream to every that came in so rude " If you want and hot and ready pizza little ceasars is right down the street" . Communication was off with the app however if you didnt want to wait then Cancel your order and move on with your day!Thank you.
