We canceled that order and tried again. it was free cup day it started at 10 AM. It was exactly 10AM, she told me it didn't start until After 10AM. When we finally pulled up to the window I paid and she told me my order didn't qualify for a free cup. At this point, I was through. I asked for a refund. Now she wanted to give me the cup, I said no Thank you, I'll take my money back and go elsewhere. Won't be returning to this Dunkin.
