  Used to be a good location but whoever the new crew is they’re horrible. Went in person and felt like I was on a whole other planet trying to order, had to repeat myself multiple times to the staff, ordered online and they’re 40 minutes behind? Like come on.

  I came in today around 10:45 there was a female on line who was pregnant she was very nice to help me instead of ignoring me like the rest of the crew they need to start helping one another instead of being on the phone

  The staff was cool and laughing with customers trying to wrap the burrito. She was new but was trying and the lady came over and helped her. It was March 21,2026 around 6pm. Only the man in the register had an attitude. He was blowing I guess because the new girl was struggling but everyone else was joyful he was just rude

  Visited Chipotle Mexican Grill for the first time at St Charles location and had a disappointing experience. Sofritas were unavailable, and since we didn’t want rice, we asked for extra lettuce—but the container was empty and never refilled despite multiple requests. Poor service and lack of basic ingredient availability.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this happening to me twice at the same location, I feel like I have to say something. I ordered online at about 10pm about 20 minutes ahead of time and pulled into the Chipotlane as directed. My bag was clearly sitting on the shelf inside (I could see it through the window) but after waiting for about 15 minutes with no one coming out or even acknowledging me, I watched several employees walk right past it without a second glance. The car behind me was in the same boat, so we both ended up parking, going inside, and having to ask an employee to stop what they were doing and hand us our orders. All while they kept taking and serving new walk-in customers who just strolled in. It’s frustrating because the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time and make things smoother for everyone. Instead, it feels like pre-ordered, paid-for orders get pushed to the bottom of the priority list in favor of whoever shows up in person right then. The second time this exact thing has happened here makes it hard to believe it’s just an oversight. There needs to be better coordination so people who plan ahead aren’t left sitting ignored while their food gets cold. The night staff seem lazy, unfriendly and unhospitable. Both times the only thing they said to me was "name?" and then pass me my bag like I was an inconvenience. I won’t be coming back to this particular store.
