  Two things: 1. When paying for your meal through the drive thru the workers are too busy yapping away to even acknowledge the customer AND even look at you while you give them your card. The young man just took my card, yapped away with his coworker (while also wearing AirPods), ran my card with his back to me, and gave me the card while looking away. No customer service skills whatsoever. 2. I asked for sauces, paid for them, asked the to confirm that they were in the bag, got a nod from the man working the second window - when I get home there are no sauces! Corporate needs to retrain these workers for sure and ensure they’re not all wearing AirPods while on shift! It affects their ability to understand the ask of the customer. I’m not asking for 5 star service here, just acknowledge your customer, and give them what they paid for!

  The soda machine in the dining room has had issues for a long time. The Coke from the dining room machine does not taste like Coke i usually try ask for Coke from the drive thru machine.

  Not satisfied at all wouldn’t the last week purchase an egg McMuffin egg and sausage sandwich breakfast found that it had egg shells in there. Call back right after I had it left a message. Didn’t hear back from anyone Following day went up to the place manager said that she couldn’t do anything. I supposed to get a call back in 24 hours. Never did it’s Several days later, call back on the answering machine never heard anything back. It’s ridiculous. I’m not a pretty person, but money is tight right now with everything going on and I could enjoy my breakfast because it had eggshells in it and I can’t get a replacement no refund in a timely manner. This is crazy.
