Why give numbers to people that say "have a seat and we will bring you your food" if they are going to just plop your food on the counter and let it sit there until it's cold? No number called, no bringing to the table... Nothing. Just cold food that I had to guess was mine. Manager or owner just walks around doing nothing, watches people struggle carrying their food and drinks (since apparently trays are not a thing here). Just go to any other McDonald's if you want McDonald's.

I feel like if you work in an American business you should at least be able to read English. Handed me the wrong order and the ladies in there couldn’t read or speak English well enough to figure out which was the fight order.
This use to be “the good” McDonalds on the rock road now it’s equally as garbage as the other location. Dirty, poor service, long waits, and the language barrier makes it even more stressful.
They also have not been giving out the monopoly pieces.
Hope this place does better
