  I have had several good and several bad experiences here. It varies day to day a good amount. Sometimes workers are super sweet and amazing and very on top of it. Other times different workers are rude, unhospitable, and treat customers with disdain. Same goes with managers, they are either great or angry. The food is usually good, make sure to double check your order. The price is fairly high with drinks and sandwhiches being really pricey. The wait time varies extremely from a few minutes to upwards of 30-45 minutes in the drive thru. Your experience really just depends on the day!

  Ordered a cookie that was completely burnt. They gave me a new one, and this was what they considered “not burnt.” The employee said this was their standard. Panera has definitely gone downhill.

  The prices are insanely high for what amounts to fast food.

  We bought an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and an egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich this morning. There was hardly any egg on either sandwich and the bacon was so thin you could see through it. The ciabatta was burned partially and hard. I was so disappointed and we were too far away to turn back(we were passing through on a road trip). The food at all Panera bread restaurants have been declining in quality and taste for years and prices have been increasing so we rarely visit this establishment. We thought we would give Panera bread another try. We shouldn’t have. People were nice. Took a bit long for our order, but I am understanding regarding this issue.

  I've been twice in couple weeks, the first resulted in a credit. After using the credit I'm still disappointed. The staff do not care. It's painfully obvious by the presentation of the food, their attitudes and gossiping about other staff, and the pure filth of the place. Debris build up on shelves, fur on the wall behind the sandwich toaster, soot all over the toaster, and the mens restroom looks like a dingy truck stop out in the middle of no where. Seriously wondering when the last time corporate visited this store and if they even looked at anything when they were there. The condiments by the drink bar have had so much soda spilled in them they are stuck together in clumps. This would be a great store if the staff cared at all, starting with the GM.
