I got home saw it was screwed up and I can’t drive back to get another one so I door dashed one to my house and the screwed it up again. Instead of having my burger how I ordered it (what comes on the burger + ketchup and mustard) they didn’t put lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard on the burger and instead put onion and pickle on it instead and that’s not what I ordered.

Twice now in just over a week and both visits the drive through has not given us all of our food we ordered/paid for. This time today I went back in and asked for it. One of the line prep guys asked if I needed something since he saw me standing there. I told him thanks but another employee was helping me. The manager on duty is either anti social or having a bad night twice now.
