There was hardly any egg on either sandwich and the bacon was so thin you could see through it. The ciabatta was burned partially and hard. I was so disappointed and we were too far away to turn back(we were passing through on a road trip). The food at all Panera bread restaurants have been declining in quality and taste for years and prices have been increasing so we rarely visit this establishment. We thought we would give Panera bread another try. We shouldn’t have. People were nice. Took a bit long for our order, but I am understanding regarding this issue.

It's painfully obvious by the presentation of the food, their attitudes and gossiping about other staff, and the pure filth of the place. Debris build up on shelves, fur on the wall behind the sandwich toaster, soot all over the toaster, and the mens restroom looks like a dingy truck stop out in the middle of no where. Seriously wondering when the last time corporate visited this store and if they even looked at anything when they were there. The condiments by the drink bar have had so much soda spilled in them they are stuck together in clumps. This would be a great store if the staff cared at all, starting with the GM.

It was a huge disappointment! Especially considering, I was driving through. I couldn't just pop it in the microwave and heat it up. Otherwise, I typically would recommend Panera.
