The lettuce was definitely going bad, and was mushy/had spots of brown stuff (almost like there was some kind of dressing but there was none), and the red onions were slimy and smelled terrible the moment I opened the salad. The rest of the food I’ve gotten has been good and fresh, but the salad was disgusting and extremely disappointing
