But they always either mess up my orders entirely or forget something I ordered, and I normally receive cold and or dry food 🙁

Food burnt or not cooked all the way. forgot half our order and every time we order something his response was, "Is that it?" Not, "Would you like fries or what kind of shake?" Then, to top it all off it was $35.++ and no receipt. For a #2 and 2 $6.00 meals. And, we did not even get our 2 sundae's. To say the least, we are not eating there ever again!!! You use to be good but lately gotten really bad. All your good reviews are from long ago. More bad then good now!!!
