  Stopped to get two shakes for my mom and I-Total was just under $12, and the shakes were so foamy they are nothing but fluff!, like a $5 cup of cool whip! We were traveling, so couldn’t request refund, but this thing is sitting here at room temperature, and the consistency hasn’t changed a bit! Mom dumped hers in the sink with water running, and it just sat there like a lump of styrofoam 😫

  If the card reader isn't working tell people that before they order so they won't wait in line for 15 minutes and then have to leave because you don't take card at the moment

  The morning crew.. zero customer service. The young lady and the manager were so hateful and rude .. I will not return.. I will continue to drive to Springfield to get my Sonic fix!!!

  My name Is Gerry Mathis, I have recently moved to Fordland and I was so happy to see a Sonic in Rogersville MO. My plans were to make this Sonic My New Sonic every morning on my way to the office..since the move.. However this morning, my first time to visit... I came through the drive through and ask the young lady for a cold brew coffee her only response was we only have cold brew.. I said we'll good deal cause that's what I like . She then very rudely says pull around.. I had planned on getting breakfast and drinks for the 3 people who were waiting for me at the house but she was in such a hurry I just pulled around. I was tje only car in the line.. She hands me the cup and I ask her what I ordered she says .. cold brew .. I said ok. I handed her the cash she hands me the change and as the window was shutting I was trying to say thank you and have a good day.. when the window shut .. I honked my horn and the window opens.. now this young lady with the most beautiful blue/ green eyes ( with hate glaring outta them said WHAT) I said I was trying to tell you to have a good day.. the window shuts.. Now I have been in customer service for well over 50 years.. I own 3 local business and I am old lol so I felt the need to speak to a manager.. Boy Howdy that was a mistake... I pull back around. I was the only car.. I ask at the order place is their a manager on staff.. She yes yep pull around.. a very nice lady came walking out to my truck. I shook her hand and introduce myself.. I told her about the encounter and as we are talking the rude young lady is laughing at me from the drive through window.. I ask the manager to turn around and see her actions and all the manager said was.. I was standing next to her and she did say good morning to you .. I said we'll if she did the window was closed .. I could tell my words did not matter.. sad to say I did say a very ugly word as I pulled away. I most definitely will not be returning to the Sonic in Rogersville. And I will make sure and tell ALL my friends and family to be prepared to be disrespected and just be ready to be put into a horrible mood by the time you leave. Nothing like MY Sonic in Springfield. So sad.
