  It seems to always be busy and because of that the quality of food suffers some. As in the burgers are just thrown together so they don't even line up. Also, if your trying to play the Monopoly game right now they have been out of any products containing the game pieces and you do not get offered any other options.

  Refused to use Halloween coupons. Because my children were over the 12 year old age on the coupon. (13 and 14) coupons given out as trick or treat gifts. Anything to not give a free cone or hamburger. And on Halloween too! (10pm) we will avoid this restaurant and any otter ones affiliated with this franchise from now on.... thanks for the crappy experience on Halloween and ruining my children's excitement.

  Ordered breakfast at breakfast time for delivery, was charged and told my order would be to me after breakfast time ended, then after waiting I was told by my doordash driver that they wouldn't give me my food because he arrived after breakfast ended, which was mcdonalds fault cause they notified him of my order being made after the breakfast time ended😑. Why even tell him the order was done and ready to be delivered or even let me order if its close enough to breakfast being over that you wont bother to make my order. Edit: so instead of refunding me like I ask mcd's tried to get me my order and delivered a small portion of my order instead so I basically paid $30 to receive $5 worth of my order and it be over 30 min late and cold. I would lower my 1 star review to 0 if it was possible Edit 2: called mcdonalds to find out what was going on and the manager told me that the doordasher stole my food and they didnt cancel my order the washer did (even though I ordered the delivery through mcdonalds app itself) and that they didnt have a receipt for my meal, they also said that I would have to contact doordash to fix the problem but again I ordered through mcdonalds not doordash and so I have no order to use on doordash. At this point I will never trust this mcdonalds again and I advise you not to either any restaurant that doesn't have receipts or records of orders and lies about stuff because they dont wanna do work shouldn't even be allowed to do business.

  The original ordering process went well, I felt for the kid as he was clearly working the grill, taking orders and working window. He did awesome, would give 5 stars to that guy. He forgot the ranch (no biggie), so I circled back through as I know typical lobbies close a little earlier than the drive thru. A got to the window, waited for a couple of minutes, saw a lady walk by so tapped on the window to get her attention. She rolled her eyes, mouthed “no” and walked away. I went in, someone said the lobby is closed, I asked for the ranch and she gave me the evil eye the whole time as the guy at the counter handed me the ranch without issue. I just wanted some ranch that I had to pay for, lady, jeez. I wasn’t even upset that it was forgotten, but I’m upset with how it was handled. Something I would have expected from a high schooler, not a 60+ yr old woman/child.
