The lights are warm, the air smells like fresh burgers, and everything feels grounded. Wendy’s isn’t trying to impress — it just does its job right, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need 🇺🇸✨

  Horrible place food cold manager very rude screaming at the dam customers 😒 do not go to this location ever. She was even screaming at the customers that were there for free food that Wendy's was offering

  Terrible customer service on my last visit. Waited forever to be acknowledged at drive through. Did not rush them at all. Lady snapped she couldn’t hear me despite me speaking slowly, ordering exactly 1 item, and articulating clearly. (I do this every visit anyway because of the attitudes and I don’t want to trigger them) I repeated my 1 item order only to be cut off 2 words in by lady yelling with full attitude, “I CANT HEAR YOUUUUUUUU!” I calmly told her never mind and that I’d go somewhere else. I’m not getting shouted at in a drive through by some disgruntled teenager or immature adult-child with emotion management issues. I used to go a couple times a week but won’t be returning, better for my health anyway. So I guess thank you

  I order online for pickup and walk in. 10 minutes pass, nothing. After 18 minutes passed (yes I was timing it on my watch to be accurate), nobody acknowledged me. I asked about where my order was and got an attitude about how she said "mobile" and then put the food in the back without hesitation. I watched several others picking up food, and she asked them if they were picking up for a mobile order, and other orders were being called out loudly and she left the food on the counter if nobody answered. This isn't the first time this lady has done this to just me. Now I'm eating cold food that should have been hot and ready for me. Of course the manager didn't care, she was swamped with orders working the kitchen.

  We.ve been eating there once a week with our grandchild because after his practices at a neighboring school he is hungry and tired. The service here is atrocious. The workers ignore you and give you the feeling that they really can't be bothered with inside customers. Food is average but so hastily prepared, that buns are half on the burgers and fries are all over the tray. Half the time the self-serve drinks are out of order. My wife is so disgusted with the meal that she often just doesn't go because the place is often filthy, bathrooms rarely have towels and just dirty.
