  Consistently experiencing ordering a breakfast sandwich & espresso and then receive email saying it is ready. Arrived to find that they did not make the sandwich or my espresso because they’re out of tomatoes. I’m so confused why they would not make the sandwich without the tomatoes and keep it moving, or at least make the espresso. This has happened repeatedly and then the people working in the Sandwich station wander off and are not even at their work station.

  I placed an order at this location for a work event: one dozen cookies, one dozen bagels, and coffee. After picking up the order and returning to my workplace, I realized the cookies were missing. My colleague called the store to ask about it, but she was told that since there was “no proof” the cookies were missing, the store would not do anything. Both the receipt and the tags I received said “1 Box.” There should have been two boxes in total—one box of cookies and one box of bagels. This appears to have been a mistake in the store’s own check/packaging process. My workplace had been using this location for (at least) over a year, but I was very disappointed with how it was handled.

  I don't know how they even dare to ask for a tip, when the service is terrible. Waiting for about 10 minutes for a cashier to show up. There were different people passing by totally ignoring you, and probably hating their jobs. I like Panera, nothing against the company, but this location in the afternoons, staff sucks.

  I love the food at Panera Bread Co. But on 2 recent incident I requested Walnut Chicken salad sandwich and received tuna. Didn't realize until I was all the way home. Took away my taste. If it wasn't close to closing hours I would have driven back. But this is such a waste of my time when all they need to do is look at the order 🙄...the line up reads " checking your order" before its ready for pick up..evidently this is not what really happens..

  “I had an excellent experience at Bread Co. My food was fresh and delicious. The team lead, Jack, was very helpful and even came over to check on me after I had been seated and eating for a while. That extra attention meant a lot. The customer service was outstanding.”
