The woman said their AC had been out all day and she was sweating, I felt terrible for her! Her positivity and humor prevailed and she was so sweet given the circumstance; even apologizing for a small wait because she was backed up. Treating customer service workers with a little bit of kindness is the way to go, it isn’t an easy job especially without AC!
