When the associate tried to hand me an iced drink, I inform him that's not what I ordered. I ordered a hot drink. He says it doesn't come hot. But that is a lie. Even the app says it can be ordered hot. It was less than 40°F outside, why would I want an iced drink. And wouldn't it be better to tell me at the speaker box if a drink can be hot or not? Regardless he lied to me and I'm disappointed and went to get coffee elsewhere before work.
