  We had a great experience the last few times but whomever the last was working this evening did not live up to the customer service standards we were getting used to here. We arrived at 8:20pm when they close at 9pm. She was very clearly annoyed with eye rolls and huffing. The young man that took our order was very nice but her annoyance was very apparent in the background when she told him "you'll have to go get that from the back because I've already put it away". Note to self, don't come here at night.

  I always get the turkey bacon sandwich and the açaí smoothie! It’s always so perfect and I always have a great experience!

  My boyfriend and I walked into this location at 8:53, the lady at the front was rude right when we walked in, then refused to serve us because she lied about her computer shutting down when I literally saw her make eyes at her other worker looking annoyed that she was having to do her job. I saw her push some button on her screen & the lie was very unbelievable. We had just got done working out & wanted a late night smoothie, hence the reason why you guys are open late! Even sit down restaurants won’t refuse service for coming in last minute which I would never do but didnt think it was a big deal with a smoothie shop. Very bad experience.
