  We’ve tried this specific location several times now. Our orders are consistently wrong and the wait time is outrageous, even when there are hardly any other cars in line. One employee told us that they had a small experienced crew train 80 people for this location for about a week and then all the experienced people left to go back to their original stores, so no one who works at this location actually knows how 7Brew is supposed to operate. The owner of this place needs to re-evaluate how they’re doing business because I don’t see this lasting if this is going to be the level of service here. We’ll just go to Classic Rock next door instead.

  The service was bad and the coffee didnt taste right and the kids hot chocolate was scolding hot. Please take your worker to west battlefield in Springfield Mo to learn how to do it right.

  7 Brew is fine. Coffee is generally meh at best. Beats Starbucks, but so does my home coffee. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it was a jerk move to put your pop-up generic coffee stand, that anyone can get anywhere, right next door to a locally owned coffee shop. And then to top it off the local place had to run your staff out of their parking lot with your signs. For that reason alone, I will never go to 7 Brew, any location, again. I will forever choose local.

  I've gone to this location about 5 times now sometime alone other time with friends and ive never gotten a burt coffee which is the one thing I hate about other coffee shops. Keep up the good work and the business will do great!

  I was so excited about this place coming to Republic but honestly every time I’ve been I’ve been disappointed with my drink, so this time I was not about to waste another $8.00 on a drink that was awful and tasted like medicine. I couldn’t even drink it and was in a hurry to be somewhere so decided to try to go back the next day with the full drink to ask them to please exchange it. They had absolutely no compassion.. said no exchanges next day. The kid was so rude to me! He actually said you can leave now ma’am! I asked to speak with a manager and of course there was no manager on site. Just a bunch of teens laughing. Terrible customer service I will never go back!
