  Arby’s is honestly my version of heaven on earth, a place where everything just feels right the moment I walk in. There’s something about the smell of fresh roast beef that instantly puts me at ease and makes everything else fade away. The half pound roast beef sandwich no bev, just the sandwich is all I need to forget whatever stress I walked in with. Every bite hits the same, warm and satisfying, like a reset button for my mind. It’s more than just food to me it’s a small escape that always delivers.

  The food is mediocre at best. The new rotation of dessert items is pretty cool like the peach cobbler egg roll things they have, and the new kinds of shakes instead of just the jamocha shake, I'm glad they brought back the potato cakes, And really wish they would bring back the "Nashville Hot" fish again, that sandwich was absolutely wonderful. I do however, find it weird for an advertisement whose slogan is "We have the meats!!" That there would be a bit more meat in their sandwiches. The automatic deli slicer that fresh slices the meat for all of the roast beef sandwiches is pretty cool though. It's a trip to watch. It slice the meat while the cook is on the other side of the kitchen. The lobby is always quiet cuz there's never anybody in there because we as a society apparently don't go in and sit down in places that have drive-thrus anymore. Which is okay because we still sit down to eat just in our cars while we're driving to the next fast food restaurant because we exerted all of the energy reaching out the window and digesting all of the undigestible food. I the coloring pages with crayons out for kids on the front counter. It's always really clean in there. Of course I would expect that being as there's never anybody in the lobby because Of the aforementioned prevalence in our society for not getting out of our cars. This place is however my go-to for fast food, fish sandwiches and the only place that has curly fries even though they are mediocre at best. But I like the "Horsey Sauce" and the "Three Pepper Sauce" that I have aptly renamed flip-flop sauce because you could dip a flip flop in it and it would be palatable. Honestly they need to do like Chick-fil-A Subway famous Dave's and a few others that have bottled their sauces and have them on the shelves in in The Mart of Walls So that I wouldn't order something to use the hand pump sauce dispenser to fill my washable, to-go sauce container that I use specifically for the "Spicy Three Pepper Sauce" to use at home for things such as chicken, my own french fries omelets, but definitely not a flip-flop. I would never do that. I have absolutely no idea how a flip-flop would be good. I would never dip a flip-flop in any kind of sauce and attempt to ingest it to see if the sauce actually would make it better. That's not something I would do. Stop looking at me like that!

  I placed a large mobile order (3 littles, 3 teenagers, and 2 adults). Of course, since I was placing it through the mobile app was not aware of how busy they were at the time. When I arrived it appeared that everyone else had the same idea for lunch. I picked up my order at the drive-thru and pulled into a parking space to check because it felt like there were not enough bags for all the food that was ordered. I was missing parts of a few of the orders, so I stepped inside to speak with the person at the counter. Joshua was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received the food that had been ordered and when there was a shortage on one of the items he worked to find a substitute that one of the teenagers would eat. I have rated everything five stars but if I could give more stars for service I certainly would. I was not upset because once I saw how busy they were, I understood how things could get missed easily but Joshua's attitude and patience with me in the middle of all that chaos brightened my day.

  A young gal and gentleman working the drive thru. Employee name on receipt was EURIAH. These two went above and beyond and the girl drew the photo below which made my day! My food is always correct and their employees seem to pay attention to details which really matters to the customers they serve. Owner these two peeps need a raise!!

  Had an amazing experience from the time I walked in till tithe time I left Michael greeted me when I walked in and was ready to take my order by the time I made it to the counter he was very kind and patient
