  The top of my hamburger bun was so hard that I couldn’t bite through it and when I hit it on the table, it sounded like a dull thud. I can’t understand how somebody could serve something like that. They actually had to handle it and put it on top of my hamburger. Yeah, not going back

  I stopped in here to get a coffee. There were dissatisfied customers with wrong orders and ridiculous wait times for a simple order. The staff who took the order was fine. After about 19 minutes of waiting for coffee, a staff member asked what I was waiting on. It took probably 5-7 minutes to get the vanilla latte coffee, and then it was slightly warmer than lukewarm. I waited in line again to tell the order taker that it wasn’t hot. Another 5-7 minutes and the staff member said this was as hot as it could be made. It was warmer, but not actually hot. I went home and used the microwave. The place seemed to be in overwhelm, with a long line on the drive-thru and lots of ppl inside not getting their orders right. The staff making burgers were looking at orders and making the food, but the general atmosphere was not happy and felt off. I’ve had the coffee drink at many other McDonalds and it was always hot. Ppl pick up on how the place is being run. I don’t know what the problem was, but in general, there were a lot of disgruntled guests there.

  Last week me and my daughter went there had to throw away the food it was so hard and nasty this morning my husband and I went there before work and they had our order wrong his legs was runny the mocha tasted like sour milk. The prices are outrageous and the food is nasty. The drive thru window lady was so rude . No I don't have to go here but always give places the benefit of the doubt but come on ppl

  Didn't ever get to order no one was up front tried calling no answer no customers at all in drive thru nothing worse McDonald's I've ever seen manager is really awful rude
