- DSDonna Stanton2 days ago1.0In particular Branson West and other locations: Since the front counter WALL has been built, there is no ability for the servers to see the LINE of customers at the counter. The Grill person YELLS "Counter" to the To Go Window people; however often there are three Chatting about 1 to go bag! Often the server who walks to the counter is aloof so is inattentive to listen about items ordered; therefore items are NOT on the delivered tray. The floor throughout the place would be of interest to culture by CDC. An employee swept a pile of garbage to table area, then apparently clocked out! So garbage pile was left there as a Slip&Fall issue. Yikes! Gross! Burger was "luke-cool". May have been "on hold" not hot/fresh. Same for Chicken sandwich.
