  03/16/2026 9:15 PM dear management, when are you guys gonna care enough to not be so incompetent? Incompetent hires incompetency and runs this location the same way. This is BY FAR the worst Papa Johns in the entirety of a 50 mile radius. Having worked in management before, I know this trickles down from the top. The employees are complete air heads, the facility is ALWAYS understaffed. This should not only be an efficiency issue, but also a safety hazard. Why does this place constantly disappoint? My advice: hire more competent people and more people overall. Treat your people better if you have to but for goodness sake, SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE. I waited an entire 45 minutes for my order AND I ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME ONLINE. How does that make sense ? Then it took me a while to even get the cashiers attention to check for my order because she was in the back making pizza. What if someone just reaches over and robs the place? Come on. Then, on top of everything, my order is WRONG. Get it together, seriously. This location is without a doubt a COMPLETE failure, unprofessional, and just grotesque when it comes to the overall food business. I’m not sure what you guys have to do to fix this place, but do it. There’s just absolutely no reason why I have to wait longer because my order was wrong and given to someone else. Some of us VALUE our time. While the people on top sit and count our hard earned dollars, we have to jump through hoops to even get our food. The owners and management should be undoubtedly EMBARRASSED and ASHAMED of themselves. This place is the absolute worst and I much rather drive to a further location than deal with the incompetence, delays, and lack of professionalism that comes from this place. Literally get it together or get out of our area. This place should be replaced w a Pizza Hut.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WILL REFUSE REMAKE/REFUND! I ordered 2 Well Done pizzas from here that unfortunately were BURNT! Completely inedible! I asked to speak with a manager who said her name was Brooklyn, I kindly asked for it to be remade and she rudely told me no then put me on hold for over 10 mins! I had to call from a different number due to her continuously ignoring my calls and putting me on hold! At that point I wanted my refund that she also said she refused to give me because she felt her job was done! Regardless I order my pizzas well done never had it come beyond well done and inedible it was almost a JOKE! I will be speaking with General manager Liv and reaching out to cooperate hoping to fix this issue decently enough being the fact my money was wasted! PLEASE NEVER ORDER WELL DONE PIZZA from this particular location it will come burnt or maybe they were rushing due to high volume calls/ severity weather regardless if you think I want to waste my time going back and forth over a pizza I refused to eat and wanted either remade or refund and you couldn’t simply do that! Having a power trip telling a customer you won’t do anything for them! She shouldn’t work for the company if this is how she handles minor situations over a $20 order! Horrible service beyond RUDE PIZZA DISGUSTING!

  Delivery gone wrong. I was down the street getting cash for the delivery driver. I told him to wait. He ended up taking my pizza back to the store where I encountered Brooklyn, the store manager or a shift manager or Whatever she is, I told her that I was not gonna tip the delivery driver since I had to drive all the way to 350 Highway and get my pizza that he took back to the store cause he didn’t answer his phone Brooklyn. The manager decides that she wants to fight me over my pizza Because I told her because of her rude attitude that I would just go ahead on and cancel the entire order on my credit card. Papa John’s does not pay her enough to start snatching pizzas from across the counter from paying customers at all whatsoever however, I did get my pizza but Brooklyn baby this is not over

  OK so I understand the taste isn’t for everyone, so this post won't address that polarzing subject, but our Raytown Papa John's is absolutely stellar. I've been ordering from there on a near-weekly basis for I what want to say is the last 8-9 years (and so I will). In all that time, which by my calculations is over 400 pizzas, they have never made a single mistake on my order. Not only that, but they have never once been late. I can't say anything close to that about any other shops I've been to anywhere, even on significantly fewer experiences. Management is doing a stellar job, and the staff even more so. Kudos!!
