  My son went through the drive through and not only did he not get his receipt but he was missing two of his 5 items. He tried calling and no one answers.

  I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app, was charged, and received an order confirmation. When I arrived at the store, they told me they had no record of my order. I showed them proof of the confirmation and the charge on my account, and they still said it wasn’t their problem. I then called the 1-800 customer service number and was told I had to contact the store directly — the same store that had just refused to help me. Completely unacceptable customer service from both the location and corporate support. I was charged and received nothing. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend using this McDonald’s location.
