Absolutely terrible place, none of the employees have good customer service skills, they are unfamiliar with there menus, the cooks/line men look confused on how to prepare food, the manger for this night 12/19 had no words of encouragement for the staff, was very frustrated with her staff when making’s mistakes, along with no leadership skills. Lots of excuses of why the food is the way it was given to me and other customers.

Food was incorrect, I put the order for 7:15, it was 7:21 and I said I had something to go to hence the carryout time, the manager (older heavy set black woman) said it's only been since 7:15 as if it's not a big deal the food isn't ready. I leave around 7:30 just to come home and realize it's the wrong wings.
