I’m not sure whether it’s management or staff but when I went on a Tuesday night, they were out of everything. They completely disregarded a guy who had either called an order or order through his app, they clearly didn’t have his order completed and instead of working on it, completely disregarded him. He went outside in his car. The four of us inside waiting for our food waited for absolutely forever, and I don’t wanna say the workers were rude, they just seem to know they we’re slow and didn’t have anything we wanted and just seemed more flippant than anything, which is disappointing. Meanwhile after 25 minutes (yes I was still waiting in line), the dude in the car comes back in, the lady behind the counter basically ignored him. I finally got my food. I have no clue whether he did. And I don’t know what the hell was going on with the bread, but we opened our sandwiches up in the car and when we took a bite of the bread, it crumbled into dust all over the car. Honestly, it was just ludicrous. Unfortunately, for them, there is a perfectly legitimate and clean, respectful Jimmy John’s across the street. The recent negative reviews and the sheer amount of failures here suggests management but what do I know. I’m not giving this review to bring them down, but for management to read they need to do better. You have issues with staff, speed, customer service, inventory and food quality. Do better.
