I missed the passenger princess day so I didn't get a magnet. I asked if they had any extra and he said he had one and a barista was like 'That's his personal, so feel special!' and she was smiling and super sweet. I felt so bad taking it but he said it was honestly something he wanted to do because Dutch Bros treats employees well and gives them merch and he was totally happy parting with his magnet. Honestly, seeing someone so nice was such a great start to my day!

I had never been here before, and I guess when you tell them that, everyone in the building cheers you on and gets real hype LOL. It was a wonderful and uplifting experience, honestly more support than I have gotten from my own team at work, which drove me to go get a coffee today. It was such a positive experience I literally almost cried at how pleasant it was, I left feeling fulfilled and validated, like a real person to person interaction and not just a customer who's order is being filled. I will definitely be back, what an amazing experience!

I was helped today by Ella for my very first time ever at Dutch Bros, I was unaware that when you go for the first time they all cheer you on, which was really needed during my long work day. Literally almost cried, it was more support than I receive from my work team. She was so sweet and pleasant and so was the rest of the crew, if you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and do it! Wonderful coffee, wonderful experience, I feel fulfilled and validated as a human being not just someone who's getting an order filled. I will definitely be back here again

I didn't get her name and unfortunately you can't call the store. đ I would love to get her name so I can be a blessing to her. I came for caffeine, not a conversation about the weather, music, your dog, or how âMondays are the worst.â I just want my latte, not lifelong friendship applications. I donât need a friend, a life coach, or a horoscope reading, I just need caffeine. If I wanted small talk, Iâd call my great aunt Gertrude. This place serves great coffee and even greater regret.

Can I buy stickers?
Weâre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenât able to take drink orders over the phone, but weâre excited to serve you! Donât let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
