They ordered separately and the young man who took the orders was cheerful, patient, and helpful with each girl as they figured out what they wanted. Then, when one of the orders had to be remade, I offered twice to pay for the incorrect order but they refused and have it to me for free. I'm always impressed with the great attitudes and service here but today was extra good.
- CCCarolynDec 15, 20251.0We have been "Dutch regulars" for two years now but this was our first visit to this location. Many things were not "Dutch typical" as soon as we pulled in but we thought maybe they were short staffed. When we were able to order, we ordered 2 medium hot white peppermint mochas. We pull up to the window and the worker that took our order gets a jug of chocolate milk and pours it into the kettle to steam it. She actually used the last of that container and had to get another one. While she was doing that, her co-worker made the espresso shot. When the espresso was done, the co-worker poured it into a cup and then the one steaming the chocolate milk, poured the chocolate milk into the cup, put a lid on it and turned to hand it to us out the window. I stopped her and asked her if that was a "white peppermint mocha?" Thinking she would remember to at least put peppermint flavoring in it if nothing else. She got defensive and said "yes! This is a white peppermint mocha!" She turned around and said something to her co-worker who looked our way as she put the espresso shot in the 2nd cup. They both gave us awful looks. The first worker poured steamed chocolate milk into that cup, put a lid on it and handed it out the window and said, "here is your other one". With an attitude. So, I paid for chocolate milk with a shot of espresso and attitude and tipped her! This is not Dutch Bros standards at all! Thankfully, we have been to other Dutch Bros, not just in this area but in other states and know that this is not how Dutch Bros is run elsewhere or we just may have become Scooters people. They are just right across the parking lot from this location.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
