I thought the tracker was stuck because it never moved off the "making" stage. Arrived at the store 25 min after order was placed. Stood in store for another 30 min watching 2 employees stand around talking. A third appeared from the back looked around at the standing customers, then went in the back again. Delivery experience was no different. It was 30 min before the order started being made. The original ETA was 30-45 min. It was an hour and half before the order was delivered.
