The staff is annoyed to be there. The music is loud and you can't hear the staff, who already speaks at a low volume. Oh, and they were out of steak and did not clarify if they were going to make more.

I ordered a bowl with chicken with almost everything else. The employee that made my order was very generous making it. It turned out good and the food was great. The employees were friendly and fast. Overall, it was a great visit.

Convinced they pay employees commission for putting the least amount of chicken in a bowl then saying it’ll be double if u want a little more ur margins ain’t that tight. The lady in front wanted a little more cheese and u were going to charge her double too

I’ve ordered from this location twice recently, and both experiences were disappointing. I hadn’t eaten Chipotle in a while and decided to order lunch, but each time there was a foreign object in my food. The first time it was a piece of plastic packaging, and the second time it was hair. This location seems unsanitary, and after these experiences, I won’t be eating Chipotle again.

I ordered a chicken bowl with the chicken on the side. My daughters share a bowl—one is vegetarian (no guacamole ordered), and the other eats meat and always gets her protein on the side. This is something we do often since they don’t eat large portions, and it was obvious they were ordering together.
Instead, I was charged for a veggie bowl plus $3.30 for a side of chicken—which is the same price as extra meat. I also received less chicken than what normally comes in a standard bowl.
When I questioned this, the cashier, Daniel, appeared overwhelmed and had to consult with a coworker. This coworker then told me this was a “new policy.” Despite the mistake, they refused to issue a refund, forcing me to call customer service afterward to get my money back.
This kind of behavior makes corporations richer while squeezing working families for no reason.
