I have been here twice. The worst I have ever been to! First time they were out of sour cream. I got past that. Second time they said as people walked through the door. They said they were out of sour cream, chips, fajita meat and you had to have the correct change! So many people walked out! I will never return to this location! Poor customer service. Plus you wait in line forever! Why is this place still open! There is a new location opening on Bannister road, thank goodness! This will be my new location. Nothing can be worst than the Raytown location!

Visited earlier this week. Had an awful experience with my children there to witness all of it . We were told that it would be 40 minutes before the chicken and rice was refilled because they were out, so we went and sat in the lobby to wait . 5 minutes went by and they started serving only the black customers the chicken. Never made an announcement to the lobby that anything was ready so I figured we’d just get back in line since it was ready . Upon ordering, they were purposefully adding the wrong things into the bowls we were ordering . For example, We asked for only black beans and they added both- or extra of something and they’d just move on to the next without doing it . When it came time to check out and pay, there was a gentleman infront of us paying so I was waiting my turn. An employee reached over the counter and grabbed my credit card out of my hands and stuck it in the machine herself . I asked if we’d get reward points and she said no. My daughter went to the drink station to fill her cup before we left, and another employee stood infront of it. He said he was “restocking” but everything was completely stocked . I stood there in disbelief that he’d do that to a child… an awful experience . contacted customer service online only for them to deny any refund and be extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked to speak to someone else . It also took them days to respond to my request .
Edit: since I can’t reply to the “owners” response- if you read the review - it states I’ve already contacted customer service and they were just as awful.

I ordered a pickup order on the app, when I had shown up the store was fully empty. besides the employees including the manager sitting at a table. When I got home I noticed half of my order was missing, and none of the employees had said anything about being out of ingredients or anything. We had ordered extra portions on our burrito bowls, and the bowls had less in them then they do when we just get regular portions. We got to the store as soon as our order said it would be done on the app, but when I go to eat the food it's cold, not warm at all. I tried to at least get a refund through the app on our missing food items, and all I got was a "free chips" coupon that expires in February 🤡I go to this location consistently and within the last couple months the quality of food and service has gone down tremendously. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Ive been ordering here 3-4 times per month for about the last 2 years and its been mostly great with my order been taken and done right with good portions(sometimes on the smaller side) but in the last 2 weeks ago I’ve noticed different staff and ever since the food has had very small portions ESPECIALLY WHEN ordering for pick up or delivery very disappointing honestly

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered two carnitas bowls through the Chipotle website, and when I opened them, the meat was disgusting, appearing as if it came straight from the bottom of the bag and completely covered in fat. I’ve been a regular customer, ordering from Chipotle about once a week, and I’ve never seen meat look like this.
I went into the store and spoke with a manager or shift leader who identified himself as “Lo.” When I asked for his full name to report the incident to corporate, he dismissed me, saying I wouldn’t be able to pronounce it and to “not worry about it.” I asked for a simple re-make of my order due to the quality of the food, and he refused, insisting that nothing was wrong. When I showed him the meat and asked if he would personally eat it, he responded that he doesn’t eat pork, completely avoiding the issue. Mind you, the meat that was on their line when I went back in didn’t even look like this.
I wasn’t asking for anything for free; I simply wanted the order I paid for to be remade properly. The behavior I encountered was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and grossly inappropriate. I have never experienced a restaurant manager so blatantly refuse to address a legitimate complaint about food I paid for.
Based on other reviews I’ve seen, this appears to be a common occurrence at this location, which is extremely unfortunate and indicates that Chipotle is not addressing these issues properly.
I would never recommend this location to anyone. I hope in the future you pay closer attention to who you’re hiring and work on improving their customer service skills.
