  The young individuals working are always so kind and generous. However, I have never seen the manager help out on the line, ensuring business is running smoothly. In my experience, the frontline workers are wonderful, though the management of the store is not good. Management should be removed and replaced... Security is also rather useless. Food still gets stolen, and if you order online you will have to wait as well even though food is sitting just a few feet away... again poor management but delicious food.

  One of the most worst experiences I have ever had add a chipotle, the youngest girl serving on the 3-29-2026. It wasn't the one with the tampon sticking out of her pocket.l would not recommend going to this location. It was dirty and the service was very rude. I would call the manager, but knowing the area.Now thing's going to be done about it. I wish Chipotle would screen there servers, because this isn't the first instance i have had to deal with very unprofessional employees

  For a chain restaurant, you get what’s expected. Not much goes into chipotle. It was a bit busy when I stopped in, but the first staff member was pretty rude. Not just to myself, but to everyone. Someone stepped in to replace her and he was extremely kind and friendly. I didn’t catch names as I was in a hurry, but it is sad when people are rude because they’re overworked and stressed. The guy who helped the rest of us explained that it’s been busy and he’s trying his best and I appreciate the honesty. The food was pretty good and they did have all of the food options available. I was a little disappointed that the kids fruit cup was a mini orange in a cup, so I would have opted for chips instead, but now I know for future visits!

  Only had one person serving while i saw 6 workers in the back. Including the multiple managers. This place use to be what chipotle stand for. Fast good food. Managers dont care.

  Worse customer service experience I’ve had I ordered three kids build your own tacos told the girl 4 times I want chicken for all add a cup of queso she put the queso in the same bowl as as side ! Then she states it’s a $1.50 for sides !!! What ? No other chipotle does me like that. I didn’t realize I did not have my beans smh all three workers were so confused and they act as if they didn’t know how to do their jobs…. I’m not satisfied with this food complete waste of money
