- MJMadison JohnsonApr 5, 20261.0We came to HteaO and purchased four drinks. My husband went to pay with a $100 bill. He was told they don’t accept $100s. There were not signs about this around. He had $17 in cash, the total was a little over $18. He was told he would have to dump one of the drinks out. My son overheard and gave him cash, but seriously?!? Reject currency and payment and then when trying to meet the request and is told to dump it over $1.60. You’d rather lose product and money than take it? What an experience. Customer service definitely lacks, but the tea is GREAT.
