  Food is really hit and miss. The main frustration is the accuracy of the order. Been here a few times and every time something is missing or wrong. Honestly probably won’t go back unless it is for just a small order that I order inside of store to confirm I actually get what I order.

  We do not have an Einstein Brothers bagels in Blue Springs anymore and we wanted bagels this morning. So I made the 30 minute drive to Raymore. The staff and restaurant are fine. That is not the problem. The problem is the main reason that you go and that is the food. I’ve had them at many other locations, but when I got home and opened the bag, they were not the puffy and chewy bagels. I’ve come to expect. They were very dense and extremely overcooked. They also had creases all over them that look like maybe they didn’t rise properly. I see the same review from others in this section. From when the store first opened. I would let you know that that trend continues. Do better. Whoever’s cooking needs training or retraining…
