    I like the blizzards better the way they used to make them usually they dumped them upside down but I found out why they quit doing that they don't mix the toppings in anymore it was all in the top 1/8 of the cup the rest was just ice cream and cost of arm and a leg nearly 7:50 for a medium with half a candy bar slightly broken thrown on top

    Ordered through the phone app and when we picked up our food we noticed several items were missing. When we asked about it, the staff said they were out and couldn’t issue a refund because it was placed through the app. I asked if they were planning to mention that, but they just shrugged it off. Overall, a really disappointing experience and the staff didn’t seem to care. We’ll be going somewhere else next time.

    I have no clue what's going on with this place but it'll be the last time I go there. Today I ordered 3 blizzards and they were all soupy and messy. I've gone in the past and they have always done the flip. I didn't think anything of it when they didn't do it today but I sure understood when I seen the melted ice cream. Waste of money and time, it took so long to get that. Ridiculous, now that I see how everyone's been critiquing this establishment, I still don't see any sign of making it right. Oh "I'm sorry" isn't helping the issue.

    Worst service I've ever had in any restaurant. The employees were not professional at all. I drive for Uber Eats. It took them 30 min. to get me a chicken strip basket. 2 groups of people who came in after me got there food before me. My order was placed online. If I was manager I would replace whole crew.
