  Root beer taste like slightly carbonated water, cotton candy blizzard was not the same it was like eating clay it did not even taste like icecream, the chicken was over cooked had a burnt taste, the only positive thing I can say is that the fry’s were okay.. but not worth $21.

  This is the very worst service I have ever had We ordered our food and it was for Togo They didn't give us our drinks which I let slide because I know some people forgot but then 5 more people order and every one of them got there food and my husband and I are still waiting. Then the girl comes out and say what are you waiting for? Um my order She gives me my order that was just sitting there. At this point it's cold and my small s'mores concrete had no lid and had ice cream dripping from it. She throw my receipt in the trash without my permission. So I had my husband go in and get the receipt and the number to corporate but the manager there was very rude and instead of printing him a new receipt she pulled it out of the trash. They said they couldn't give him the number to corporate because and I quote " I can't give you that just because your wife is mad about her food" so my husband said fine I'll look it up and he left but after he left the manager yelled that you wife can be mad too This is so unprofessional and I will never be back at this location

  Every time I treat my grandkids to a blizzard, the toppings are on top and ice cream at the bottom. Why can't they blend everything how its supposed to be made? The younger people that work there have a bad attitude, even when you ask them to make sure that toppings are mixed throughly. Heaven forbid they do their job 100% instead you get, we'll I made it for you, now leave.

  I really dont understand how hard it is to mix a blizzard. Every time we get a blizzard, the bottom ½ - ¾ is only ice cream. The management sucks and the rest of the employees are either not trained properly or they just dont give a damn. The quality of work has gone way down hill over the years. Honestly, they should just close, obviously the owner doesn't even care.

  Manager was great took our order, gave us our #, we sat with our drinks 25m I ask where my order was it was sitting in window not brought to us, then burger it has everything on it when I asked for plain. Manager went and cooked it herself cause her staff is lazy.
