  Just when I thought this Chick-fil-A was doing better. It's not. Today I experienced a young man at the drive-thru widow. His delivery when giving me my order was totally off. He was speaking a lot of slang and jorgon. I had to yell and wave for attention . He told me what's up (rudely) I told him I did not get my Mac and cheese. It's in the bag. No. Are you sure it's not in the bag. No. He then attempted to reach I'm my car. I asked for manager. They were like. Oh no not another one. This kid needs to be at a car wash. He is not a good reapsentation of Chick-fil-la. I was on dinner break, long line, and a rude kid speaking to me as if he owns me. NOT GOING BACK... IM DONE...

  Hands down the worst Chick Fil A experience ever. Just left from here this evening, and had a simple order of a sandwich combo and a shake. They didn't give me any sauces or straws. When I asked for them, the girl at the drive thru rudely acted like I was inconveniencing her, and gave me one straw and only two of the sauces I asked for. How ridiculous. This experience is not why I come to Chick Fil A.

  very mid. I don't get the hype with this place or any Chik-Fil-A. This one is as ok as the others, the employees are obnoxious and I don't like their attitude. Also the profits for this place go straight to making sure LGBTQ+ people have a more difficult time just trying to exist. I see no reason to ever eat here

  I went through the drive-through to get an order for some friends. The young woman that took my order whose name I found out to be Ellah. She was simply amazing. Her customer service went beyond expectations and should be the model for others. She helped me decide what to order and the commented on my Galatians 5:1 bracelet stating how she really liked it! And told me Happy Easter!! We do not get service like that hardly anywhere. She has to be commended and without a doubt she’s a reason why people will come back. Great job Ellah!!!

  I love Chick-fil-A, but having employees stand outside for hours in the wind & cold just isn’t okay. I went through three times today picking up meals for some elderly friends, and each time the same young woman was outside (I’d guess around my age, mid 30’s) She was clearly freezing, lips blue, body shaking, yet still incredibly kind and polite. I see her outside almost every time I go through the drive through. I enjoy seeing her and have never had a bad order, but I finally had to voice my opinion on them being outside in the cold. I was outside myself for about 15 minutes earlier, and it was miserable. I can’t imagine being out there for several hours in the cold and wind. This is a newer location, so I’m sure the drive-thru system works just fine. When the real feel drops below 50°, please consider using the speakers instead of putting employees at risk. No one should have to endure that just to do their job.
