- MPM PachecoMar 10, 20221.0On March 10th 9:30 a.m. we place an order for breakfast sandwiches. There was no option on the app to add veggies so it was written in the special instructions. The young lady was that the counter told me there was no special instructions on it so I asked her to add my veggies and condiments. So I went to get change to leave a tip for her adding my veggies. I came back and dropped off the tip and grabbed my bag that is now ripped open. For some reason she decided not to replace the bag that she tore. So I took it anyway and when I got to the car I looked at the receipt and there it was plain as day, the addition right in the special instructions just like I told her.
