  I don’t usually leave reviews as a customer, but this one deserves to be documented for the history books. Pulled into Rally’s in Poplar Bluff thinking I’d grab a quick snack while dashing… and somehow became part of a social experiment instead. We made it through the “line” (and by line, I mean we were the ONLY car in the drive-thru), pulled up to the window, and then… nothing. For at least 30 minutes. AT the window. Not waiting behind other cars — just us. Alone. Sitting there like we had been forgotten by society. The drive-thru window was wide open the entire time, which made it extra special because we could hear everything going on inside. Laughing, joking, hanging out… a whole vibe. We could also clearly see phones out and being used — just not to help the one and only car sitting at the window. No updates. No “hey, we’re working on it.” Not even a glance in our direction. At one point we turned the car off because it felt less like waiting for food and more like we had moved in. Eventually, someone remembered we existed and we got our food. And honestly? It wasn’t bad. So shoutout to whoever finally clocked in mentally. But then… no ketchup on my burger. After 30 minutes. While being the ONLY car. That one felt personal. After pulling around to double-check everything (because confidence was low at that point), we saw exactly what you’d expect — and I’ve attached a photo so the owner can enjoy the same view we did. We stopped for a quick snack while working, and instead got a 30-minute lesson in patience, inconvenience, and how not to run a drive-thru. Hopefully the owner sees this and realizes that “fast food” is supposed to be fast… or at the very least, acknowledge the single customer sitting at your window. Would I come back? Maybe — but only if I pack a lunch, a charger, and lower my expectations.

  Great customer service wish i wlda caught the ladys name she was so helpful and love that you can stack rewards my cost went from $32 to $26, then i 4got to get a lg fry went back up ro order and was able to use another reward on the app literally minutes after 1st order not like most apps where you have to wait atleast 2hrs!!! Foood was great too!!!

  Haven't had Rally's since leaving California, it was my first stop being back in town. Service was great as was the food. Definitely going back
