  The food is always good whenever I order from here, but tonight the young lady taking orders and working window was VERY rude and cussing over the microphone. I ended up leaving without ordering, very disappointed

  We had a terrible experience going through the drive through tonight. This was our second time ever going to rally’s and we probably won’t be back. My mother and I pulled up to the speaker and were browsing the menu. My mom is allergic to anything onion. (Onion powder, raw onion, cooked onion, all of it) I asked the girl over the speaker if there was onions on the pick 2 for $7 double spicy chicken sandwich she said no. Then all of a sudden a man comes across the intercom basically screaming at us that “THEY DO NOT COME WITH ONION” So we ordered two of them. As we’re waiting in line we started to think about if the spices in it that made it spicy would contain onion so we googled it and it did. We get to the window and I asked the girl if I could change one of the sandwiches to the burger that was on the 2 for $7 without onion. She said “I think I can do that” then I’m assuming the manager (who yelled at us over the intercom) came to the window and flung it open and yelled “SO DID YOU WANT THE TWO OR NOT” or something along those lines. Then he slammed the window shut. The girl opened the window back up and said so did you want the two chicken sandwiches and a burger? I said no if we could just change one to a burger and have one of each. She said we had to do 2 of the same kind so I said that was fine can we change it to two burgers with no onion she said yes. Here comes the guy again (still assuming the manager) he doesn’t open the window but he is practically punching the monitor where you put it orders. You could physically see him freaking out in there out of anger. Then he mouthed something to the girl and she laughed hysterically and opened the window and told us our total. I said “do we just need to cancel our order and leave?” Because at that point I wasn’t even interested in eating there. She said “no it’s fine” so we paid and had to pull up and wait a while. But in the moment I really wasn’t even wanting to eat our burgers, honestly out of fear that he’d do something to them because he was so angry at I don’t know what? He was very unprofessional, hateful, and hostile ever towards the workers. Something needs to be done about him there because that behavior was very disgusting.

  SSOOOO IN LOVE WITH THWT IM OBSESSING over just how DELISH their Chocolate ice cream is now days !!! 😍😍😋 OMG!! And the pricing for either an ice cream CONE / CUP you can choose from either or , and their both very cheap which is always great but it should be More bc of how amazing the quality is !! The flavor is Absolutely wonderful! Ever since trying one of their Chocolate Ice Cream Cones I literally went to Rallys and bought one that next day and kept going everyday for 6 days in a row before I took a break lmbo !!!! 😂😭 So take my word for it and go try one ! Thanks Rallys !

  Food wasn't that great, and it was cold when we got it, which is weird considering we went through drive thru. Don't plan on going back.
