    Gave my child old brown fries in the kid's meal. Charged for ice. For a glass half full. Cold sandwiches. Little to no customer service. What's wrong with restaurants.

    I don’t like to make a bad review but at the same time it’s been every time my husband or myself goes to this McDonald’s it seems that we sit in the drive thru lane for close to 30 mins or more. They are super friendly but always very slow.

    I use to have issues with my food ( triple cheese no salt on patty, no pickles, nor onion) mess it up every time. BUT they have gotten it together the last 2 times I ordered.

    12 minutes 20 seconds to get food from the drive through, while people were out sweeping the parking lot @ 11:50 am I don’t want an email from support I want better services for my hard earned $

    The food itself is typically good but sometimes cold, but I could go anywhere else in Poplar Bluff and get my food faster. I waited in line at the drive thru forever, so I decided to go inside to get my food. Well they locked the doors at least 10 minutes early and wouldn't let me in. Obviously I wasn't gonna get back in that drive thru line so I drove off. Hopefully I'll get a refund since I had already paid on the app. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't know how you can be so slow.
