  Went in tonight and it was crowded. The waitress wasn’t the friendliest, but the two managers that helped assist because of it being so busy were superb. Everything was good.

  Very much a lunch time customer normally and always so happy, but when I've saved up enough points I splurge and get dinner for my family with those points. That's what I did this evening. Ordered 30 traditional Chipotle BBQ all flats and then bogo 10 boneless with 2 sauces in the side. Once we got home we realized, the traditional are not all flats nor were they extra wet, in fact they seemed barely seasoned at all. Also had a very hard time even getting Lyric to stay at the front long enough to take my payment, Avian eventually had to take it. Sauces were also forgotten. I'll stick to coming for lunch and avoid the dinner crew all together.

  Bdubs is my youngest kids favorite ! When we stopped in and ordered what we always do, our order was unfortunately wrong and my husband wasnt able to find our waitress. He waited up front for 10 minutes before pressing the button for assistance, which is when this young lady Morgan (i believe the actual cook) helped get our order ! She was so nice and got our kiddo his mozzarella sticks and our other sides super quick. she even got a huge smile out of him and that says a lot ! She turned our day around completely and it was just so refreshing .

  BWW has a worker that is consistently professional and reliable. Morgan, as a cook, delivers high quality food with great attention to detail and she also assists with answering the phone and handling orders efficiently and courteously. Her strong work ethic and willingness to support multiple areas of the restaurant greatly enhance the customer experience. Morgan is a valuable asset to this location. Everytime that i have visited this BWW location i feel as if the atmosphere isn't "energetic" like the reviews say. There are few good workers that will make your day better as well as Morgan.

  I get to orders quite a bit and I just love calling in and getting the cook, Morgan... I think her last name starts with a B... She's got the cute pink hair! She always makes sure my order is on point and is always willing to help when the cashier's or servers can't get to the register. I will say tho that when I have tried to go for supper the atmosphere is very different. I'm not sure who the evening manager is but I think they need to tighten up that crew 😬 If you plan on going to bluff bww ... Go in the morning/lunch time and ask for Ashlee for your server (she's UH-MAZING too!) and you def want Morgan with the pink hair handling your food! They will make your trip well worth it! Thank you ladies!!
