We’ve had quite a few disappointments from our order being wrong to rude staff (seriously, if a customer has to call you to come to the pick up window, don’t act like it’s a huge inconvenience to help an impatient customer who has been waiting ten minutes, burning gas) to sparse toppings, to some other odd mess ups (like a half-and-half pizza becoming a third-and-two-thirds pizza or way off center or incomplete cutting. I’ve also had several instances where my pizza hadn’t even been started yet at the designated pick up time and the worker told me to just go to Price Chopper while they make my pizza.
