Saw two different people park and come inside from the drive thru lane to complain about the service. The drive thru was only marginally busy, at best...

I told the gentleman twice what our order was supposed to be and each time he came back it was wrong. I had to drive back over to McDonald’s to get the correct order since I had left with what I thought was the right order after the second time. And when I get there the customer service was terrible no surprise there. I really haven’t had to many issues with this McDonald’s until today.

Not giving product as advertised on the app. Hateful and rude staff; mostly the 17 year olds they have working. I actually tell people to avoid going here at every cost.
